No Small Thing

Keith Olbermann's Special Comment on the signing of the Military Commissions Act and the loss of Habeas Corpus.

"We have lived as if in a trance. We have lived as people in fear.
And now, our rights and our freedoms in peril, we slowly awake to learn that we have been afraid... of the wrong thing."

Why would you post anonymously? Can't back up your comment with anything more than ad hominem remarks? You disagree with the Constitution and western law since the 14th Century that the writ of habeas corpus is the most efficient and foundational safeguard of an individual's liberty? Or is it just Olbermann you dislike? Or maybe just his tie?
